We ship orders within 2-3 business days after payment confirmation.
Shipping times may vary based on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.
Return Policy
Your satisfaction is important to us! If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please note the following guidelines for returns:
Notification: All return requests must be communicated within 4 days of receiving your plant or product. Please email us at john@zenjohnnysplantshop.com with your order number and details about the issue.
Return Process: It is the buyer's responsibility to return the plant. All return shipping costs will be borne by the buyer. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over $50.00.
Condition of Returned Items: To qualify for a refund or exchange, plants must be returned in their original condition, with all packaging intact. We cannot accept returns for plants that show signs of buyer damage or neglect.
Refunds and Exchanges: Once we receive your returned item and verify its condition, we will process your refund or exchange within 7-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase.
